Item never delivered. No notice of my items delivery or arrival. The ESC STUDIO website said my order was "IN TRANSIT" on my account page while the postal service website said it was already dropped off and delivered. First time a package at my residence has ever not made it to me. Be cautious of ordering from this site if your located in the USA because they may just lose your items due to their sloppy care.

UPDATE: I e-mailed support and it has been 24+ hours and I have yet to receive a response. The esc studio my order page still says the item is in transit when its already been marked as delivered by their postal service website the same page links you to. Will be waiting another day for an email from support
